Warranty & Repairs:  

   We stand behind the quality of our foam roller. If you experience any mechanical issues covered under our 1-year warranty, contact our customer care team. We may guide you through the repair process or offer a replacement if the product cannot be repaired.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee:  

   Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your foam roller within 30 days of delivery, please reach out to us to arrange a return, exchange, or refund.

We welcome wholesale partnerships and bulk orders for retailers, gyms, physical therapy centers, wellness clinics, and other businesses interested in carrying our innovative foam rollers. If you're interested in becoming a distributor or purchasing in bulk, please review the following guidelines.

Wholesale Program Eligibility:
We offer wholesale pricing to qualified businesses and resellers. To be eligible, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Valid business license or reseller certificate.

  • Minimum order quantity of 50 units.

  • Commitment to promoting and selling our product in a physical or online retail environment.

Payment Terms:
Payment is required upfront for all wholesale orders. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. In some cases, Net 30 terms may be extended to long-term wholesale partners after an initial purchase.

Shipping for Wholesale Orders:
Shipping costs for wholesale orders will be calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. Expedited shipping options are available upon request. We also offer international shipping for wholesale partners outside of the U.S.

Custom Branding & Packaging:
We offer co-branding opportunities for wholesale partners. If you’re interested in custom packaging with your business logo or other branding options, please contact us for more information. Additional fees and minimum order quantities may apply.

Return Policy for Wholesale Orders:
All wholesale orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless the product is defective upon arrival. In the case of defective products, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, and we will work with you to issue a replacement or repair.​
