SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as carrier delays.

Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $50, estimated delivery in 5-7 business days.

Expedited Shipping: $10 flat rate, estimated delivery in 2-3 business days.

Overnight Shipping: $30 flat rate, delivered the next business day.
International Shipping:

We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the destination. Customs, duties, and taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your delivery.
Lost or Damaged Shipments:

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Eligibility for Returns:

You may return your foam roller within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is in its original condition, with all parts, packaging, and manuals included. Items must show no signs of damage or excessive use.
Return Process:

We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for domestic returns.

For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product and issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:

If you received a defective or malfunctioning product, we offer an exchange within 30 days of delivery. Contact our customer service team to arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
Warranty Claims:

Our foam roller comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering mechanical issues such as the heating, cooling, and vibration functions. For warranty claims, please get in touch with us with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items:

Products that have been heavily used, show signs of wear or have been altered in any way are not eligible for return. Additionally, items purchased during clearance sales or with deep discounts may be marked as final sales and are not eligible for return.
