Do I have to buy more than one mechanical insert to use the other exteriors?

The amazing thing about product is that once you but one mechanical insert it will fit into all our additional foam exterior that you can find on our website.
How do I set a timer on the Mechanical insert?

With our Foam rollers, you will not need to set a timer on your phone or the roller itself. Our foam roller has an automatic 2-minute timer set to ensure you do not over-massage any of your body muscles.
Is their an option for color customization?

All of our foam rollers allow for color customization. When ordering, if you would like a certain color, please specify in the additional information before adding it to the cart.
